About

I design business applications for demanding environments, often as the only designer alongside PMs, architects and developers. Every decision starts from user research. I document it like the code around it, including when the reader is an AI agent.

The projects

An internal portal designed end to end for order creation in B2B telecoms: AI reading of purchase orders, 95% of orders placed through the portal within 6 months with no mandated use, and the group's Gold Award for operational excellence.

Nimbus · fictional design system

The AI pre-fills, the agent validates

Every field filled in by the system is flagged, and nothing is validated without review. Reconstruction on « Nimbus », a fictional design system: no Thales interface or business rule.

Reading the document fills in only some of the fields, and flags which ones. What it proposed still needs checking, what it didn't find still needs entering: the person always knows where each value came from.

A two-sided eSIM order management space, designed and coded end to end with AI: first version shipped in 2 months instead of 6, and a frontend taken into production as is.

Nomad · fictional operator

Two faces, one application

The operator's team manages partner accounts and orders. The partner browses its catalogue of profiles. The two must never see the same thing: a switcher on the header avatar moves between them, with no sign-out.

The eSIM purchase and activation journey replayed end to end on a salesperson's phone, real identity verification and download included, rebrandable in the prospect's colours before each meeting.

Nomad · fictional operator

The purchase journey on « Nomad », an invented operator

No real brand, client or interface. The sales-only screens are shown as diagrams further down.

Identity verification is cut from the video, because this component belongs to Thales. It sits between the plan and the payment (see « The key decision »).

The full journey, from choosing a destination to downloading the profile.
